Payment & Insurance FAQs
At North Shore Pro-Active Health, we believe wellness care should be accessible for you and your family. That’s why we’ve created a flexible pricing structure to fit a wide range of budgets. We participate in most major insurance programs, accept auto accident and workers’ compensation cases, and offer payment options for those with little or no chiropractic coverage. We know that investing a small amount of time and money into your health now is far less costly than trying to regain it later. If time or finances feel like a barrier, please reach out, and we’ll do everything we can to support you. The last thing we want is for you to wait until you’re in crisis.
As the saying goes, “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.” Let’s make sure you don’t have to learn that the hard way.
Take your health seriously today…. your future self will thank you.

Most insurance plans are accepted in our office, including Medicare, auto accident, workers’ compensation, and personal injury cases. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, and we also provide superbills for patients with out-of-network coverage to help with reimbursement. Because insurance benefits vary widely, please call us to confirm your specific plan details.
For patients with little or no chiropractic coverage, we offer flexible payment options to make care possible. To learn more, just call our office and we’ll be glad to help you get started.
