Receptionist
We will train but individual must possess the following skill set:
*Administrative Experience& ability to work well with others.
*Excellent phone voice and communication skills
*Computer literacy including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail & Gmail Calendar.
*Ability to discuss finances with patients including fee collection and payment plans.
*Great customer service
*Should have great organization skills and be able to learn quickly
*Understanding of chiropractic a plus and a willingness to learn a necessity
*Looking for a fun career
*Ability to travel out of state for weekend continuing education up to 3x/year
Massage Therapist
We are a Chiropractic office with a Spa atmosphere looking for a dedicated, experienced massage therapist to join our team. Individual
must be flexible, outgoing, professional, possess great people skills
and work well with a team. Must be a licensed therapist in Illinois
with insurance, be skilled in Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue as
well as Swedish massage. Pregnancy, Lymphatic Drainage and Hot Stone Massage experience a plus. There is outstanding opportunity for growth within the doctor's practice. Must be looking for a long term commitment. Please reply with resume and references.
Currently a part time position.
Massages are scheduled on the hour, actual massage time is 50 minutes and patient is given 5 minutes on hour and 5 minutes after massage for dressing.
Additional hours may be necessary for chair massage at community events, open houses, etc.
Marketing Intern
Individual will be planning, organizing and setting up marketing opportunities for the doctors and office such as mailers, golf outings, speaking engagements and more. Applicant must be available to represent office at events. Individual must be pro-active in finding, scheduling and promoting events which would be beneficial for the office. Applicant must be willing to educate themselves on what the office offers, including our new wellness program.
The doctors are members of numerous organizations including Mainstreet Libertyville, Womens' Business Network, GLMV, BNI, LF/LB chamber, and more. North Shore Pro-Active Health prides itself on having active involvement in community events.
